Visitor Visa to CAQ - Urgent

Hello,

Can I apply for CAQ for my child (for Primary education) while he is in Quebec on visitor visa ? While I am in Quebec on work permit.

The CAQ application has the following option in point 12 of the form.... can I apply from within Canada ?

Citizenship and Immigration Canada, Vegreville, Alberta, Canada (renewal from within Canada)

What you say you've read for the CAQ says ''renewal'' not ''first application''.

Tell me if that's the answer you're looking for. And : as he doesn't need a study permit (because you have a work permit), he won't need a CAQ
