I am trying to gather information to apply for a try for my mother in law...

She is currently in South Africa. She is retired so can't show proof of employment or income. She also lives with her boyfriend who takes care of everything so everything like all the bills are in his name, nothing in her name whatsoever for the last 5 years. She also hasn't really travelled outside of Africa.

What are some things in this situation that we can use as ties to home country. As for the financial means, my husband and I will be supporting her trip so I'm assuming we can submit our documents to show we can financially support the trip.

Successful approval parents super visa :

Marriage certificate
Property both names listed, or single if only one
Employment letter for both or pension record
Bank certificate up to 10.000 $ , it could be $5000, each separately

No property, no money , no other activities if senior, no employment, weak case.

Try your best at list financial proof, which is a bank account and a pension record, or verification letter.
