It just shows me the date my biometrics were registered and completed in a box and says they're doing background checks and processing the app. It's been like this for 3 months..You should hear a decision soon since you got the BVL. A BVL - Biometric Validity letter. Usually the BVL and Decision roll out in a span of few seconds to few minutes or hours or days / weeks. A BIL = Biometric Instruction Letter and has got nothing to do with your decision.
