Visitor Visa Rejection

Hello Everyone

Was just wondering when they write in your rejection letter one of the reason being "Family ties in Canada and in your country of residence"

Does that mean that one of his parents is raising a red flag? Because when we did the application we wrote his parents names on the application

Ok....I know my partners mom was deported from Canada many years ago because her refugee claim was refused when she applied while in Canada

I’m worried this will affect my sponsorship application with my partner as we are in the process of preparing it
