So, this 2nd time, planning the visit for short duration (may be 2 months). My confusion - first time applied for longer duration; and 2nd time I am mentioning shorter duration.Bryanna said:Hi,
No, dual/multiple reasons for a visit are not likely to confuse a visa officer.
The key issue - as I see it - is the duration of the visit which indicates lack of ties to India.... and even for the purpose indicated in your Invitation Letter, the duration cannot be justified as such. Hence, you may want to consider a visit of shorter duration.
Both your in-laws have individual/collective strong ties to India.... however, I feel they have not presented their documents + Purpose of Visit in the right way.... also they substituted evidence of their strong ties with Affidavits. If these issues are resolved then they will get their TRVs when they reapply
Cheers
Would this be a concern in any way? The fact is, we have revised the travel plans due to 1st rejection - this is permissible, correct?
