visitor visa refused: HELP

hi! i need help badly.. I came here to Canada june, 2008 as a low skilled worker. Last May, 2010. Our application for LMO was denied. September, 2010 we got a letter from immigration that we have 90 days to restore our status.. We applied for restoration of status OCt. 2010 and today I got a letter from the immigration that our restoration of status was refused.. Our employer applied for pnp program last Oct. 2010 the same month we applied for restoration of status.. We are still waiting for the result of her pnp. Is there a chance to apply again for another restoration and this time attached documents stating that we have a pnp waiting here. need advice so bad.. thanks :-[

what if her pre screen application for provinicial nominee program was approved and attached the documents again for another application . Is there a chance for approval of another trv? Im here in Ontario..

1. No, you had one shot at restoration, it was refused. It is really time to leave, unless you wish to be reported and possibly removed by CBSA.

hi! i am on the same situation... but slightly different...
i was here in canada for 2 years now, i applied for an extension last oct 2010 for my work permit will be expiring jan 2011, but was denied because i failed to provide my PNP certificate.
CIC told me to apply for a restoration which i did and provided them my PNP certificate instead of an LMO.. but i provided them my LMO file number which my employer gave me..
after 2 weeks.. i called CIC call centre and gave them the same file number for my employer gave me a copy of a positive LMO..

im just afraid that my restoration will be refused..
i did everything.. i applied for my PR last june 2010.. i did my medicals last December 23, 2010..
and last march 30, 2011 i received an email stating that my PR application was transferred to LA..
since then i haven't heard anything...
im afraid that my restoration would be refused...

any insights please???
i search the web with the same situation as mine and i cant find anything...
please...
