Visitor Visa Refusal for my mother because of a strange reason

If the decision is made by VO then what is the use of AI ?

The decision is based on AI is what we are trying to say... With the huge backlog, do you think VO has enough time to go through each individual case. They just rely on the AI to make their decision.

Everyone wants to be a back seat driver when it comes to issuing visas to enter the country. As mentioned the children got their PR by claiming asylum . Of course their decision to do so would come into play if a close relative is applying for a visa to enter the country. Could be done by AI or a VO. Individuals think it’s a persons right to get a visa, it’s not .
Why would the VO take the risk that the applicants will arrive & claim asylum ?
The o/p is now a PR. Nothing is hindering everyone to meet up in a third country for their reunion . Does not have to be Canada

Yes my husband did not me. But I don't think that it is an issue. Because I know a lot of people from my country who invited their parents with asylum even their parents had never travelled abroad, had no jobs or were pensioners, had no house on their names but they got the visitor visa from first or sometimes second attempt . My friend applied at the same time with me for her mother and mother-in-law. Her mother-in -law was rejected even though she has a house and a car on her name, job and bank account with 11k Cad, but my friend's mother's visa got approved and she had only 3k CAD on her band account no job no house.

Were the approvals recent? If too many of the parents didn’t return home then that can have repercussions. Change in conditions in the country can change approval rates as well. Would order GCMS notes to get more details on why she was refused.

Yes this I know and it’s only for data analysis (in picture from last 4 years and approval never decided by AI , still this is responsibility of human visa officer to decide yes or no (based on analytic)

You are Correct.
Some people are good in story make up . How AI will approve or disapprove application .
Human intervention is must in any such decision

This is unfortunate but I believe this is main reason
Every case worker is different. and you can't put some standard Rule on this
Ex: When we applied for our PR 8 years back one was requirement Employer letter . Few organization don't provide any such letter for Immigration (PR) purpose.
Out of many of us explained this while submitted PR Application , Few got PR approved , and few got rejected based on this missing document .
Now it all depend who is working on your File and how case worker is looking into this. (You can not challenge on this)
its not some written rule for few of things for Immigration purpose

Someone please help me to understand this notes. What is the meaning of the first statement?
This was spousal visitor visa. My spouse had attached dependency certificate to show his mother and sister are his dependents(father passed away)
Also shown 4 property documents attached in his name. He is doing business in India.

Mother and sister are not considered dependents only spouse and minor children. What kind of properties are in his name? If he is self-employed he doesn’t have the same requirement to return to an employer. How long did your spouse ask to visit Canada?

The visit was for 40 days. Properties are land documents, submitted ownership certificate from the government. Submitted documents for upcoming projects as well. He is a contractor.

Land is not a huge tie since it requires minimal management that can be done from Canada. 40 days means that he is able to take a significant amount of time off. Any proof that he needs to be in his home country to work or can he work remotely? How much savings did he show especially liquid savings? Must be personal not business account.

Strange that should have been enough funds although not the primary issue for refusal.
