Visitor Visa - Processing Time

Hi,
My fiance applied for a visitor visa early December 2019, completed biometrics Dec 5th but haven't heard anything since. Processing time for applications in Lebanon is 28 days and we are way passed that. Is this normal? He has his own business and we added proof of ownership with the application.

Yes - this is quite normal. The posted processing time is only an estimate - and processing would have slowed down during the two weeks over Christmas / New Year's.
