hello i applied my visitor visa for canada in july 2023 then after i didn’t get any decision during feb i got mail for passport submission but because of we ost the access to our account so in may they send me refusal because i not able to submit passport but when i get my details i checked yesterday like in Augst so in situation what can i do ?
