Second- applied 9may22 by agent( gc key -as per knowledge I got from this forum, bcos I linked my application in gckey later)
Biometrics- already had till 2029
Eligibility review - started 17jun 22(38days)

Till 19 midnight nothing updated in gckey
20jun22- early morning 6am IST. it was showing APPROVED ( 40 calender days) along with PPR attached letter dated 19jun22.

I want to invite my niece from India on a visitor visa. she is working and would visit for one month. she can attach all her educational and job letters. and will sponsor herself. I am wondering about the invitation letter. as she is coming to visit us and due to summer break she will take care of my daughter, who is 12 years as I am working full time.
Kindly advise if this is a valid reason for travel.???

If she is going to come on a visitor visa, them she cannot work in canada. So the reason that you want her to take care of your child is not valid. Its better to mention any valid reason such as tourism or family reunion.

So did you apply for supervisa after rejection

We applied for 6 of our family members in 2013 (parents, two sisters and their minor kids) for house warming here. We showed financial support for all of them. Their applications were approved without question. So i don't know how they process each case.

With passport they just give a common letter but in gcms notes they give the review given by visa officer in our file.

I applied for my mom on May 24th 2022 and biometrics was valid from the past there’s no response yet. Review has not yet started.
