Anybody received update in their application recently…it seems they reduced processing time to 19 days

Anyone on this thread from Nigeria still waiting for a response on their June application? My application has been under Background Check since applying in June and I am not sure whether to try and contact IRCC.

My spouse’s visitor application has been with them since Jan 2022

I am in the same situation, since July 2023, no update. I even sent webforms my primary office is Nairobi and Secondary office is London.

Applied for Tourist visa: Jun 2022
Biometrics done in: 07 Jul 2022
Applied in Ireland but it is processed in Longon.
It's been 280 Days and estimation is 188 at the moment.

Have anyone from Ireland got their visa ?

No update since then. Raised 4-5 webforms, but no response.
I just checked London processing time, 35 days, which I do not think is telling us anything anymore.
Is anyone in the same boat? Should I reapply?

I just received the Biometric Validity Letter today, I gave my biometrics 29th of June 2022. Does this mean that my application might be in processing now? Has anyone had this experience?

check your application on tracker may be you will get any update from there…(like visa number or expiry)
If you will see that information there then your visa is approved good luck

Ah, I did not see this one before! Thank you! It does not show any records of the dates. Does this mean you know if it is approved or not when they ask for the passport? Or the passport is asked only if the visa has been approved?

Ah, I did not see this one before! Thank you! It does not show any records of the dates. Does this mean you know if it is approved or not when they ask for the passport? Or the passport is asked only if the visa has been approved?

It might be because I've only applied for a visitor visa, hence no eligibility criteria maybe....

mostly people who applied last year are getting positive results
so be positive you will hear good news soon.
