Visitor Visa- Invitation Letter

I want to sponsor visitor visa for my nephew from India who is going to be appear in his Xth class exams.

I have question whether it will be good or not if I do write in the invitation letter that "I am inviting him to visit me and also look for colleges here if he wants to pursue study here after his Xth"

Also I want to sponsor his mother (my sister) for visitor visa in same invitation letter that he can travel with her.

Does my above statement that he can look and visit colleges here during his visit is good or not

I am also trying to invite my 20 year old nephew for a visit.

But that does not sound like a good reason to come to Canada. One can survey colleges online and even call in to speak to admission agents.
