Visitor visa IMM5257e details record effect express entry details

Hi,
For visitor visa, it is mandatory to fill IMM5257e form where they also ask about employment. What if same person has applied for Express Entry, and employment details differ from visitor visa IMM5257e form, do immigration department have cross check on this? or is it ok?

all the information you provide to IRCC are in the same IRCC database.....if you made a mistake in earlier application good to correct it in new application and possibly provide explanation letter.
