Hi there fellow posters,
Back in 2001 I went to the United States and applied for a tourist visa at the Los Angeles embassy, they issued me the visa and I visited Vancouver for 15 days, everything went great.
I was only 16, I overstayed in the US for a week, I entered the US under the VWP (Visa Waiver Program) but departed by myself that proves there were no intentions of overstaying or anything like that.
Back in 2005 I been charged for carrying a gun without the proper permissions, the case was finally dismissed and the court said I was not guilty at all.
What are my chances of getting a visitor visa? I have 25,000 USD in my bank account, tons of Credit Cards, etc, I checked I have been arrested on the app form and also attached the paper from the court where they say the case was dismissed.
How do you see this?
