Visitor Visa from US. No biometrics letter

Applied for Visitor visa from US for myself, my wife and kids on June 15th. No Biometrics request letter till now. Is it taking time these days to get the Biometrics letter? If so then how much time I should wait before reaching out via Web Forms.
