I had the same dilemma but thankfully my consultant alerted me to only pay in the GC key account while submitting the TRV application.

Guys, Can anyone please guide me what should I fill in "Plan for Limited Release from Quarantine Period". I want to apply for my parents as my wife due date is in April. They will stay at my house address for quarantine and for rest of their stay.
Also, please guide whether Site Visit Authorization form(s) is mandatory form or not?. Should I fill it or not because my parents will not visit any site. Its confusing. They will stay at my home address for the whole trip.

@ankitban.27 I believe the site visit auth form is needed if they'll need to break quarantine to visit other locations, say a funeral or something. If your parents are gonna be quarantining at your place, I don't think that is necessary. Atleast, that's my understanding
I also had the same understanding but I got an email that you have not completed the mandatory forms so we are rejecting your application. You can reapply with all the required documents and information.

- You plan to leave your quarantine location to go to another location that could bring you into contact with other people e.g., a friend or relative’s house, any public location, any public or private facility such as a hospital, long-term care facility, funeral home, or place of worship, etc.

My family and I applied for visit visa in Jan 2020. We got the biometrics letter in Feb 2020. Further in Feb 2020 they asked for additional information about my work. After that there was complete silence.
It was only at the end of Oct 2020 that we received the reply. During this time I was expecting that they would require updated information on work and bank statements. But this did nit happen.
In Nov 2020 we submitted our passports in Dubai and got our visas till the expiry of our passports. However, the very next day we received an email that till futher orders we will not be able to travel on TRVs. It is only after the restrictions on travel are lifted in full that the travel will be allowed.
Some of my friends applied in March and July 2020. They have not received any response as yet. Their consultants are saying that it might take a year before they would receive any response.

Did anyone get visitor visa approved without PHAC approval recently? We received biometrics instruction letter, is it worth getting biometrics done from Nepal or Dubai or should I wait till they start biometrics for visitor visa in India.

Your parents can only quarantine at your home if you have a separate area like a basement suite. Pregnant women are considered vulnerable because they are at higher risk of covid and they are more likely to have contact with the healthcare system. Same thing for infants. There seems to be a trend of people using PHAC for pregnancy. Unless there are other medical issues pregnancy is not usually considered under PHAC.
