Visitor visa from Delhi - June 2013

Hello,

Did anyone get the visitor visa approved (from Delhi) for which you had applied in the month of June 2013? I applied for the visa for my parents in the CHC Delhi (Through VFS) on June 14th. They have the tickets booked. Now with the strike going on, wondering if the visa would come before that :-(.

Hi,
Even my spouse had applied for a TRV through VFS on June 11th and the application tracker says its under processing. Its been 10 working days already.
I wonder if they are even working on any sort of applications.

Even I applied for Visitor visa along with my family on 14th june but since the strike is going
on in CIC...the status of my application is still under process...my brother is getting married on 12th july...
I am hoping to get response from CIC soon...keep updating your file status guyz....cheers

i applied visitor visa for my wife at vfs chandigarh ...20 june 2013 ..they told that it will take 2-3 week to proccess...

Yes.....they told the processing time is 10 days...but with strike going on...dont know how much time they gonna take

Applications submitted online on June 3 and 4 were asked for PP submission on June 21. Due to the strike / go slow attitude, it is taking about 10-15 working days to complete processing provided all documents are in order and the ties to the home country are strong enough. My M-I-L is 70+ and had traveled to US before and so had no further questions asked.

Sorry guys, I'm not hear to scare you all but my mother applied for her TRV on March 18, 2013 and got no response as of now despite sending at least 7 emails

My Spouse passport is in transit and it should be delivered tomorrow..looks like the processing time is close to 15 working days now...
