Typically for super visa, they will look at your sister's earnings. Notice of assessment, T4, Pay statements and Employment letter will speak to that. On top of it it is a good idea to show some bank balance. In my case I did show 15K.
Interesting, so your old application was still active and you submitted another application (both online)? Is that okay to do? They say we are not supposed to do that but this is taking unreasonably long time and I wonder if they will ever process this file.
Hi, I am in a similar situation where I applied for a super visa from India in Apr 2021. Biometrics completed in Aug 2021 and it got updated in the application. Since then there is no update. I am wondering if they will ever process the application. May I ask where did you apply the visa from?
My timeline for a visitor visa from India.
Application filed: Feb 22, 2019
Biometric request: Feb 23, 2019
Biometric done: Feb 25, 2019
Biometric acknowledgement Letter online: Mar 13, 2019
Still waiting...
If part of your income in non taxable as per the CRA guidelines, and if you have the proof of that income you can include that with your annual income.
There is a field in the main apllication form where you select the type as "parent grandparent supervisa". Its not the documents you submit which decide what visa you apply. that doesnt make sense.
Your employment letter may be sufficiant. But I think it is a good idea to wait till you get atleast one notice of assessment with the salary more than the LICO limit (if you are applying super visa). You can always try visitor visa.
I am not very sure about that. From what I am hearing they ask us to go for medicals only after evaluating the application from all the other aspects. Lets see. Hope for the best!
