My husband got his PR card in Sep 2020, but is continuing to work in USA. We got married in Jan 2021 and currently live in USA on H1 visa, so he has not applied for any Canadian spousal sponsorship PR or any thing yet.

We want to immigrate into Canada now and looking for options. We understand my husband has can sponsor only when he is living in Canada, but we do not want to live separately until my spousal PR is processed, as it might take 12 months or more. Anybody faced similar situation or know of any options where I can travel with my husband to Canada? Any options available/provided for dependents by IRCC ?

Hey you can simply apply for temporary resident visa through IRCC portal. But you can apply only after your husband receives his PR card, not the CoPR. That's a necessary supporting document for temporary resident visa application.

She can still apply for a TRV. No guarantees that it will be approved. It is more difficult to be approved as the spouse of a PR.
