Visitor visa for parents - India

Hi All,

I am applying for a visitor visa (temp visa) for my parents to visit me for about 3 months. I created a GC key for my dad and he will be the primary applicant. Do I have to create a separate account for my mom as well or will hers be processed under my dad's application? The instructions on the CIC website say that each applicant should fill out their own 5257e application. But I dont see an option to upload more than one document for each category (5257e, travel history, passport etc). Where do I upload my mom's documents? Please can any of you help me understand this process?
