He is 35 years old and has one baby.
So i have to create two accounts and need to apply for both (mom & brother) from a separate account and need to treat as two applicants from two different accounts...?
Do i also need two invitations for both of them...?

is it possible if i make a account with my brother's name and than apply for my mom from the sane account as a accompanying family member...?

Please suggest...

Your mother falls in immediate family category and your brother under extended family.

12nov20 Applied online
22nov20 Sent email to ircc explaining my relationship and not aware of the imm0006 form.
11dec20 Got a reply on email from ircc on to submitt imm0006 form along with proof of relationship to process application.
18dec20 Sent imm0006 form with all the required docs.
04jan21 got 3 messages on my cic account for passport request, exemption approval to travel with 6months validity and biometrics update.
05jan21 passport sent through courier.
Now waiting

IF she is in Canada you can’t apply. She must be out of the country.

My wife is pregnant and we are planning to apply for visitor visa for her mother.
We are showing our bank documents to support
She doesn't have funds in her bank account but has house under her name?
Will that be enough
If funds required in her bank account ? how much is usually good.
My father in law is retired and usually gets rent and does everything in cash so doesn't have enough funds in bank.
But has properties and lic policies

Any suggestions will be much appreciated.

Unfortunately no. They should prioritize it by default but doesn't look like it.

When did you send the travel exemption email to prioritize your application?

It seems travel authorization is not required for immediate family member, sent email twice one in December and 2nd one recently in Jan.
