VISITOR VISA FOR PARENTS FROM NEW DELHI OR CHANDIGARH ??

Hello All

Has anybody applied for visitor visa for parents recently or will be applying soon from India? I am Permanent Resident and wants to apply visitor visa for my parents to visit me in the month of June and Jul. Just wanted to know that what is the trend going on to issue or to refuse the visa to parents? I should apply single entry or multiple entry 1st time. If any one has any experience and also any advise or suggestions in regards to documents for application. My parents has never travelled and also does not have tax ducoments. He is doing his paternal business of cloth since last 40 year in a small town and has all other family memebrs in india. He has business license but no documents for tax. What are the chances of getting single entry visa? He just need to visit for a month and no plan to stay longer or anything else.

Any advice, comments and suggestions will be appreciated.

Do you have a good job so you can prove through tax papers that you comfortably support their stay in Canada.
I think you parents don't really have to show tax returns in India. Your father can say that he has business of cloth and they had like to see you.

Yes, i do have good job and from my side all i have strong papers as property documents, saving account. It is just that my father's side, they dont have property docs as it was his fathers property and he has not transferred that into his name. No tax documents as he live in a small town.

Hi friend,
There should not be a problem for your father to get visitor visa. It will be good,if he caries any legal documents concerning his property in India,in case VO wanted to see. Apply for single entry. Don't worry they will get visitor visa to see you. Don't worry be happy
