Visitor Visa for parents and minor brother

But I have minor brother who are in india doing there schooling, if i mention more than 6 months will it affect in positive way,

Brother is not eligible for a supervisa. He applies for visitor visa with letters for school showing he must return.

I just want to apply for my parents , but for supervisa stay is more than 6 months.
can i mention that they will visit me for a month and they will return back as my brother needs them.

They don’t have to stay 6 months or more. Ties to return are your brother remaining at home.

You want to apply Visa for your brother also ? If yes , Then he can not be part of SV application
Now if you are inviting only Parents and your concern is what IRCC caseworker will think about your brother studies , Don't worry , Caseworker don't think and bother that during your parents stay in Canada how your other family member will take care

Your purpose is to take S.V. after getting that , suppose your parents come here just for 2 -3 weeks also does not matter

As i said If you qualify for minimum income please try to apply S.V. (That will solve the first bullet of rejection )
in case you have not visited parents for long time you can mention Parents want to visit you and also want to visit Canada .

since you are applying for S.V. mention their stay of duration more than 6 month , just to look it legitimate

If i show their visit for 6 months, do I have to provide a letter from the employer for his leave, he works in a small based industrial unit
For my previous application, I didn’t showed anything like job letter.
I have 3 minor siblings so the ties are strong for them in india than canada as its just me by myself.
Any suggestions please

For my previous application, I didn’t showed anything like job letter. That was a Fault
