Hello everyone
,
I'm here to get some suggestions for my husband's second TRV application.
I have been a Canadian Citizen for 13 years already and lived in Canada since I was 10yrs old.
My husband and I got our marriage certificate in China on November 2014. I had to come back to Canada for work shortly after. He was planning on utilize his one month vacation to visit me and my family in Canada, which is during Chinese New Year season 2015.
His occupation is a high school art teacher, very steady lifestyle. He has $10000 in his account frozen for the application and $5000 more in the bank. He bought an apartment and he owns a car. Till now I still live with my parents and my dad was going to pay for all of his living expense while he is in Canada. My dad is a senior engineer, and provided his land title for his house and his pay stubs. These were all our proof of financial.
I wrote an invitation letter stating how much we miss each other, and promise he will return to China after the one month vacation we planned.
We used an agency to verify his files and the submission of his application. The agency sent us a refuse letter after 3 weeks. On the letter it stated two reasons: 1, your family ties in Canada and your country of residence. 2, your travel history.
He has a brand new passport, he has never been outside of China. We were so shocked with the refused.
This summer I went back to China and we had our wedding ceremony and all my immediate family members attended our wedding. Now we want to apply again for his TRV, I really just want him to visit me a little bit. How can I get the officer to believe that he will not illegally stay in Canada?
Can someone give me advise please???!!!!
