How much chance of acceptance is there ?
My fiance is a permanent resident of Canada and I want to get sponsored.

There is no fiance visa. So you would be applying for a regular TRV.

To be approved for a TRV, you want to show strong ties to your home country (employment, property ownership, etc). You also want to show that you have sufficient funds to cover the costs of your visit to Canada. Also, if you have past travel to countries such as the US or UK that require a visa, this will help your case.

The chances of approval depend on how strong your profile is and whether IRCC has any concerns that you plan to use the visa to stay in Canada long term.

Then what you need is your spouse return to Canada and send the application forms to IRCC as soon as possible.
