Its processing time is 90 Days because i applied by paper application. I am going to get married next year.My parents bothe are governement empolyee in India and having strong ties with india. I have engagement is in DEC 2016. My fiance and his family well settled and citizen of canada. They want to sponser for visitor visa for my parents to come and join the engagement ceremony. They already provide my parents letter of invitation .
the concern is is there any effect of my Implied status on the application of my family tourist visa?
Thanks

There is no impact on the application if you have implied status.

I assume you provided an approved LMIA along with your employment offer letter when you applied for the extension?

hello there,
need your help for visitor visa for my elder brother, I am permanent resident of Montreal, Canada want to invite my elder brother from India as a visitor for 2-3 months, regarding this i have some questions hope someone will help me:

>how much amount i have to show in my account, right now I have CAD 10,000
>do i need to buy airline ticket before visa approval, or i have to hold ticket and that i can show the photocopy to embassy in India, or i have to buy ticket only after approval
> brother already have job in India and have property some fixed deposit and two bank account showing savings in it and salary deposits. is it enough to proof that he will get back to India after his visit to Canada
> want to celebrate Father's birthday which is in January 2017 so i want him to be here in during that time.

Thank you for giving time to read this

Do not buy ticket before you get visa , it is not mandatory.
Invite him for a shorter duration of time for few weeks and it would be better if you are celebrating any function.
