Visitor Visa for delivery

Dear All,

My brother lives in Canada as Citizen and wish to invite my sister for his wife's delivery.

I have heard that one invitation letter from my brother and one letter from doctor will be required. Please confirm and which other supporting documents will be required from my brother's end to apply for visa.

The invitation letter from both your brother and the Doctor will give reason to her visit to Canada. Her main obstacle will be showing strong ties for her return to her country of residence.
