I am applying for my parents and nephew visitor visa. I need guidance on my nephew's profile.

Can I add my nephew (minor) in the application of parents as dependent or should the mother (my sister) create a separate profile for him?

Can the mother sign all forms for the nephew?

No you can't add nephew under your parents app. Yes your sister can use her account or make a new account and then signed documents and act as representative
