Folks i am seeking help from anyone who have applied for a visitor visa extention. For some reason i can not find the portal or the online tool to apply online. I am stuck on a loop where on this page

it explains on how to apply, it requires to sign in with the GC key. after signing in it takes you nowhere, you have to search and go on the same page again which says you have to sign in and the loop continues.
Is there a way to apply online and upload your forms and fee receipt. Or my only option is to apply on paper and send a paper application.
