visitor visa extension for parents while they have been sponsored under family c

Hi ,

I have Sponsored my parents under the family class in December 2009 (Sent the initial application). My parents came in a 6 months visitor visa, i'm planning to extend the visitor visa for another 6 months. I'm wondering whether the visitor visa extension application will have any negative impact on my sponsorship application, if thats the case i dodn't want to apply for the visitor visa extension otherwise i would like to apply for the 6 months extension. We are really worried about this. If you could send a reply we will be so greatful to you.

No - the extension will have no impact on the sponsorship application. Go ahead and request the extension to their visit.

i wanna bring my wife here on a visit visa guys cuz her perminant visa application is taking to long how long is the process??
