Visitor visa email notification for passport submission

Dear forum/ members
I have approach many times to Delhi consulate by email but I haven't recieve proper response.
I have applied for visit visa for my wife and child. On June 9 & 19 june
I have got approval for both of them with an email notification for passport submission & I have recieve my daughter passport with visa stamp on it.
But I haven't yet receive any message or email for confirmation of the passport submission for my wife.
Whereas my wife online account status shows your application was approved see the messages below & send the passport.
I have spoke to cic agent in Canada but they advise to contact at new Delhi consulate but they also mention that visa is approved for her.
Kindly do the needful to me at the earliest.

Did you try to reach out to Delhi consulate or did you send any email to Delhi consulate??
I guess from the http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/web-form.asp you can raise the query and ask for the update regarding the same.

Delhi consulate is not replying in proper organize manner.
I have also fill web form but there was a note it takes 1 month sometimes to get an explanation.
So what should I do now

since in your case visa is approved, you might be able to get quick response. hope for the best.

It could take up to 30 days to get a reply to a CSE/web form, whereas your wife must submit her passport within 30 days of the passport request.

Do send an email to the New Delhi visa office requesting them to email the passport request letter
