Passport submission to vfs in India for tourist visa

Hello everyone I applied for tourist visa online for my mother and now I got passport submission request mail. Now I have to submit that to vfs Delhi. The vfs web form is now asking credit card information right after uploading passport submission approval letter and my mother name and home address. Is it changed as I have seen few video that says after filling the name address and uploading passport request letter the vfs sends a payment link in a day or two. Please advice
