My parents applied for a visitor visa last week at VFS office, but unfortunately the staff over there did not collected all their important documents as my dad paid the fee. This was their first visit to VFS office . In the evening they called me here in Canada and mentioned me about the documents not asked for by the VFS staff. The documents were:
1) My Invitation letter
2) Job letters for myself and my wife's Canadian employer
3) Copy of Canadian health card
4) Copy of my Canadian Driving license
5) My pay stubs
I asked my parents to submit the same on next day. They submitted all the documents but the VFS office mentioned them they will send the documents but not gave any receipt for submission.
Now I’m worried whether the documents will reach to the Canadian Consulate office in Chandigarh on time and will be included in the same file no.? Or I've to contact consulate office in Chandigarh?
