I don’t know . I am in same situation for my wife TRV application submitted on 29 June eligibility completed on July 07 biometric and CSQ already done in pr application submitted July 2022. It’s has been 8 days that eligibility completed and background check still in progress no visa details on tracker. I hope for the best for all please keep update here.
I got a replied asking me to give them time to process it as the application is in progress.
Hi I got bvl today but still no PPR and there is nothing on tracker no visa number either and congratulations for you’re visa.
Your tracker will update in 1-2 days. You might receive ppr within few days as well.

So I have this updated I want to share perhaps it might help someone presently or in the future......
I applied for a Visitor's visa in 2022 but I didn't get any response from IRCC which so many people had similar experience, I already had given up on the application until April 2023 when I received Bvl,and it was like a light in the tunnel.....and then I received OPR in June,but unfortunately I have just one year validity left on my passport, after I had waited 16 months for a decision I can only get one year visa?No.
So I was opportune to renew my passport and got the passport before the 30 days deadline for passport submission, so I submitted the new passport and lo and behold I got 9yrs visa validity(base on the validity of my biometrics).......so it actually works, you can give it a try if you are in same situation.........*But make sure you can renew and get a new passport before the deadline giving to you to submit your passport if not you will be sorry for yourself ******* Goodluck

Please did you receive the Visa? I have gotten the same update and don’t know if it’s an approval.

It’s been almost 3 months but I received a BVL 2 days ago and decided to check this morning.
My question has still not been answered, is the visa approved?
I understand but I want to know what that update means? Does it mean the visa is approved and we have to wait for a confirmation letter?
