most decisions either to approve or to refuse the application are done during eligiblity phase. Applicants get a refusal letter within 48 hours once eligiblity phase is completed. I asked you if it was the case in your previous refusal in 2019?

Yes, I think it was the case. Today I got tracker updated with eligibility. Hope in next few days I may see some updates.

Our TRV application submitted under new TRV family reunification process status in tracker
Submitted - May 31st 2023
Eligibility - Completed (7th July 2023)
Biometrics - Completed (31st May 2023)
Medical - Completed (July 10th 2023)
BGC - In Progress since 31st May 2023
Previous refusals - 2 (1st refusal - Strong family ties and will not leave canada, 2nd - Insufficient funds and strong family ties)
Is there anyone in similar situation? Did you receive any update on your file?

I have AOR on July 9 (applied for my mother-in-law). Got BIL on July 9, and submitted July 11.
When can I create an account for the tracker?
Just tried without success with my PartyID.
