its a rejection .... n she is totally shattered :'(

Reason thy hav givn is her employment prospects in our home country is less ( she has 5 yrs of work experience n out of tht 3 yrs in india n 2 yrs in gulf )
Her current employment status ( she is unemployed)
And her financial status n assest . (6 lakhs INR in bank n family assest inheritance details worth CAD 33000...
For celebrating Xmas n newyear here was the reason we showed and to do so is it requrd tht she shud be workin???

Really sorry for the rejection.

Earlier i told u in ur old post not to apply Visitor visa.

Visitor visa for spouse the chances are very slim.

Now, Wait for sometime and apply for the Spouse open work permit for your wife. OWP chances are better than Visitor visa.

u have arrived in canada in Sep in take.

have u applied ur sin card or not if applied and received that good .

find the job part time while u studying and show to CIC u r paying taxes to them.

And tell to wife if she could find the job in the home country just for sake for the processing time.

Because processing time for OWP is 3 months.

Play smartly guys don't take any risk and think twice to apply again do research and everything then apply.

Don't get desperate to apply again for Visitor visa don't spoil the profile.

Just have patience everything would be fine.

faith in god ..he will do everything right.

Hii friend I am also hurt after this news ,Assessment authority is very bad &bullshit, when u need a visa they will not give u visa but when you not need it will issue u

I am thinkin of apllyin for OWP .. but we hav no intention of workin here .... but to rule out the rejection reason .. i think OWP wud work ..

Did u submit the medical with the application or did u receive any e-mail regarding medical.

ok we have to wait for Monday hope that its good news! I want to know that when u got your first Canada visa in 2002 its long time visa until 2012 or you have got it in separately? And you have got it self of with family(as u write that now u r 24 year old)

i got multiple visa till jan2023 which is validity of my passport. i got my first visa in 2002 then in 2005,2007,2009,2012 and rejection in 2013 and finally this visa... i always applied with my parents this is d first time i applied seperately first it got rejected now granted 10 yr visa. super happy
