Hello everyone - my parents recently submitted Canadian visitor visa in China and have submitted biometrics, per IRCC request. However, their biometrics still haven't been updated to their GCKey account tracker after two weeks now. Their status still show 'Your action is required'. Should I be concerned? Actually, if click on the full application details, their biometrics are shown in the status summary, while the details below is still waiting for your action to submit biometrics. Any guidance / comments are highly appreciated!
