Hi

I applied TRV on 17th September 2018 and on October 2nd i got an email from Bangalore Immigration with application number and UCI number .

Today I got email from Delhi Immigration Like your visa is rejected and below are the reasons

Grounds for refusal:

· Having a legitimate business purpose in Canada

· travel history

Can you please help me out wats the exact meaning of the reasons and now what i shud do ..

I have Genuine Invitation letter and I have travel history also

I am confused like if my file is in banglore how can Im can emails from two different cities .I am totally confused ..

Visitor visa applied for my mother and 23 years old brother. I'm a permanent resident with a very good white-collar job.

Paper application
Applied: Aug 14, 2018, Jalandhar, India
got two acknowledgment emails (I don't remember the dates)

I got an update in GCkey account on Sep 25, 2018.
My mother's visa was approved.
My brother's visa was rejected stating a very generic reason "Given economic conditions, employment prospects, considering your travel history, economic establishment, and family ties, I am not satisfied that you would respect the terms of your admission as a temporary resident in Canada."

He has good ties, have been outside India once, a genuine job. Also, he was coming here to attend my engagement. We attached all the venue bookings etc.

I also tried to find the reason from reason in GCMS notes and it's same, no proper explanation. I'm reapplying his visa with some more documents and trying to make the case stronger.

Can anyone suggest which route should be better, Paper or Online application? What else could be done in this case?

Passport recovers:- 25th sep 2018
Visa valued till 2027.

Invitation letter

2) bank balance worth 10000$
3) CA report indicating money in bank and property
4) marriage certificate of my parents
5) last 3 yearIT return
6) last 6 month pay slips

Hello Forum Members,
Applied on line along with my wife on 20 August 2018. Confirmation received same day. Eligibility check not yet started. Don"t understand why taking so much time. Sent email to inquire update. But no response. Any other member in the same situation?
