Did anyone here apply for a TRV for a spouse while waiting for Spousal Sponsorship?

Hi,

I have got my passport request letter and I have sent my passport, but I have once query here when I applied for my VISA I have only one passport and then I got my new passport in between my VISA application was in process, now I have sent both my passport and little bit confused will get the VISA stamped on my new passport or old. I have not updated my new Passport in GC key account as there is no option to do so.

Is there any chance of refusal or denial ?

Thanks
I have not heard of the visa being refused after the passport has been requested.

Hi there,

did you know that you require a transit visa to get through any stopovers?
Thanks for bringing this up. I did not know at first. My buddy whose family has arrived alerted me of such. He purchased a ticket that routed his family through the US, at their local airport, his family was asked for their US transit visa. He had to rebook his family which cause a little delay and he used his experience for my learning.

IF YOU WILL HAVE YOUR FLIGHT ROUTED VIA THE UNITED STATES. YOU WILL HAVE TO PRESENT A TRANSIT VISA. KLM/AIRFRANCE SEEMS TO BE YOUR BEST BET OR BETTERSTILL LUFTHANSA........Cheers
