I applied for a visitor tourist visa in the year 2015 January with my family. But it was refused and imposed a ban for 5 years since I did'nt declare my U.S.A tourist visa refusal. During that time I had visited for only 3 countries (Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand) with my family. Now the ban is over and want to apply for a tourist visa to Canada with my family.

In between year 2015 to 2020 I have been refused 2 australia visas, 2 Japanese visas, 7 USA visas and 1 New Zealand Visa. All types of visas I applied was for tourism.

This is my current situation now:

1. Now I have travelled to Malaysia, Singapore, Cyprus, Turkey, Thailand, Saudi Arabia, France, Brazil, Russia, Qatar, South Africa, Philippines, Indonesia and Switzerland in between 2015 to 2019.

2. I have a personal savings account balance of CAD $ 50,000/-

3. I have my taxed income of $41,000/- per year.

4. I have 5 properties under my name.

5. I have 2 personal vehicles under my name.

6. I have my own business with business certificate for the past 7 years.

What will be my chances be.

With the previous misrepresentation and the amount of refusals, your chances are low.

I mean since I have a negative history of visa refusals to some countries and a misrepresentation to Canada which led me to a 5 year ban which just now ended; will all my future tourist visa applications to canada will be more likely refused, or is there any chances of my visa getting approved for canada.

I believe he was saying you are likely to get refused due to your misrepresentation and being refused so many times to so many different countries.

This history will decrease your chances of getting a visa to Canada.

Here's my take on things:

  1. The bona fides of your underlying situation seem strong but there is obviously a back-story behind the nature of all those refused applications. To me, 7 applications to the USA - all refused, seems like it's something worth explaining further.
  2. Your travel history since 2015 is solid, but what was the nature and duration of those trips. Switzerland, France?
  3. Generally speaking, IRCC takes the view that non-compliance in one regard can usually be translated as a predictor of future behaviour.
  4. If it were me, I wouldn't file this application unless there was a clear and distinct purpose for travel (not a general holiday or family visit), and that there was enough substantiation in the home country to provide a compellable reason to return.
