Hello, My sister just received her Passport request for study permit. (Philippines)
Story behind that... My sister applied for student permit last year and get denied.. (We ending up appealing it and finally won it.) While waiting for the final decision she come here last July to stay for vacation, we decided to extend her while waiting for study permit. March 3 when we received her extension approval letter. She have a (10 multiple entry visitor visa)
Now that we received the study permit.. can we just send her passport in CPC Ottawa so she won't need to go back in my country? She will start May 5, 2023 in school.
