Visitor Extension of Stay

Looking for help on applying for extension of stay for spouse .

So as per my understanding i need to upload IMM 5558 and IMM 5708. Is there any form left or i am missing ?

Does form IMM5708 after validation need to be signed if applying via Online ?

Instruction Guide does not say for Photographs to be provided ....is it must to upload photo? what size ?

Please help me on it.

If you apply online, it is very clear all the documents you need to upload to your application. You do not need to sign anything by hand, all is done electonically. If you follow the process and upload all necessary documents, you will be given the option at the end to sign electronically.

I do believe you need to provide a digital photo. You can get one done at any place where they do passport photos, and tell them it's for immigration canada for visitor extension, the format is different than passport size.
