If a person has done a "tour du poteau", CA/US border run to become PR, after becoming canadian, if he/she wants to visit the USA, does this person need to fill any forms before heading to the states? In order to avoid being refused entry on the border (land/air/sea).

Does this person already have a valid US B visa that allows them to visit the US? If so, nothing additional needs to be filled out.

No need for a visa, he became Canadian, he has his Canadian passport
