Hello, I am a Canadian Permanent Resident & hold the Canadian Refugee Travel Document. I would like to visit France for a week. What type of visa should I apply for?

Every time I go on the official website of the French Consulate in Toronto to apply for a visa, they ask me to create an account. I did that at least 5 times & every time it tells me the “Authentication is temporarily unavailable”.

am I doing something wrong here or there’s actually issues with their system?
