My husband is a filipino-canadian.we were married like 2 years ago.and we have a son who is 9years old.we were married here in the philippines,and my husband decoded to go back to canada after 6 months in order to apply us as a family class.it's gonna be like almost 2 years and we've gathered documents needed from here.we already undergone medical last january and the panel told us it'll be forwarded to the immigration.
Days,weeks passed.we were like so excited..it's like we are one step closer to file the application.we argued on something..like other couples do.he became so cold and confused on how he is feeling..like it started like mid feb till now.he called me up and our son heard it..he wanted to get a divorce there in canada.
How is he going to file the divorce if we are not married there and i really dont know if he claimed us as his dependents there ( the SIN,marital status...records update)
Now if our son and i had undergone the med. examination.is there a possible way,we can get to canada as visitors in order to save our family.like my husbands been ignoring us since the incident happened.also i really wanna know if he updated his status in every records he has there (which includes SIN,taxes,medical...etc)
Please need help.
