I have urgent question. If I get visitor visa to Canada and my wife is in Canada , can I apply work permit? I don’t started spousal sponsorship. So can I apply for family class sponsorship in Canada?

No. You need to apply for sponsorship first, and then wait for AOR (Acknowledgement of Receipt). Once you have AOR then you can apply for a work permit. You can apply from Canada.

I really thank you for your information.But let me clear is for u.

- biometric completed on AUg 24 2023
- Trv applied on aug 21 2023
- Outland spousal sponsorship withdraw due to sponsor not eligible on September 13 2023
- now Trv approved on September 20 2023.
- corespondent letter received on September 20 2023.

N.B:- biometric validation letter says as my biometric validation date is still September 13 2023. So how can I send my passport to visa center as my biometric date is expired? Or how can I extend my biometric expire date?
