Visit Visa rejected what should do to reapply

I'm Canadian citizen. My parents in Pakistan recently applied visitor Visa. They are retired with some property and no business. I attached job letter with some balance. I even attached the declaration that I'll bear their expenses.

Their visa is being refused with the reason that the applicants have not shown enough ties in their country.
Visa Officer is not satisfied that they will come back from Canada after visa expiry.
And some balance issues.

I'm planning to reapply the visa. Will somebody suggest me How should I do.

My friend had the same problem. His parents were denied visa several times. He asked his MP to intervene and then he sued Canadian government and then they issued visas. He is a lawyer by training.
I would talk to your MP.
