my husband has applied for my case for family class category. our baby is born in pakistan and i had applied for her citizenship certificate. i need to ask that can i apply for visit visa on my child basis?

to reply to this question i think you wont need to apply for a visit visa on your child basis as if you have already applied for your child's Proof of Citizen certificate you should recieve the certificate in approx 6 to 10 months ... i got mine in 8 months ... all you would have to do now for your child is apply for her passport ... your husband has already applied for family case so that will still stay the same.

ok, i will apply for her passport. for that cud u pls guide me? i am confused abt guarantor's statement at the bak of the photographs and what forms are required apart from pptc 042 for her to apply?

Is your husband a Canadian citizen? Your title suggests he is.

As u said that you already applied for babys' Canadian Citizenship Certificate, now its time to apply for Baby's Canadian Passport.Include a cover letter with the application stating that you already applied for certificate...

Canadian Embassy will issue you 2 year validity Canadian Passport and the baby can travel to Canada...

I received my sons certificate in 6 months i.e August ( Delhi Embassy) and passport 3 June..Good luck

You may apply for the TRV. It depends on your luck and the way you present your application. If you decide to go that route. Try to show as many ties to your home land as you can (E.G Property in Pakistan, Joint accounts in Pakistan and any and all reasons that proves that you will come back for " This also includes family obligation in your home land). Try your luck. Usually it has been seen that people do not get fruitful results but there are some lucky ones that have still got the trv for spouse while PR app is in consideration. Good Luck.
