Visit Visa Application (Using the new IRCC Portal)

Applied Visitor visas for my Dad and Mom on Wednesday. Got Biometric letter for only my mom. Both my Parents were here in Canada in 2016 as a visitor. They did not gave any biometric at that time. Is it possible that they only ask Biometric from my Mom and not my dad?

Did you include their air ticket together when you submitted your application or not yet?

My parents dont have their marriage certificate.

What should I upload in the marriage certificate document section ?

if you are from India you can make an affidavit of 50 rupees I think that states the they are married you can get that from a lawyer.

Ircc portal : Dec 21, 2021
There was mistake in 3 rd oct 2021 application so I had submitted a webform to withdraw it. Yesterday it got withdrawn.
So I am hoping to get something on dec 2021 application. Did anyone from dec 2021 got PPR?

Hi. I have a question if someone can please answer.

My parents gave biometrics in 2016 which are valid till 2026. Today they got PPR for their visit visa, but despite paying the biometric fee they didnt get bio request. So will their visa be issued till 2026 or till the expiry of the passport which is 2032?

Should we call IRCC and ask for bio?

No BIL and Medical request since i have a record already.
MEP on Feb 18.

In the same situation. For me, my dad received ppr more than a week back but nothing on mom’s application … ive lost hope of reuniting and just frustrated.

I have applied for Visitor's visa for my in-laws and in the same situation.
My mother-in-law received biometrics request the day after applying (age: 64 yrs)
However, my 71 year old father-in-law (primary applicant) has not received it.
Was wondering if age has anything to do with this.

I have this status tracked through VFS website in passport stamping process - Your application, tracking ID No. ##**## has been received and is under process at the IRCC Office on 2022/02/25

4 working days have passed. Does anyone know how much time it takes in new delhi ircc office these days to get stamping done and passports sent back to vfs office?
