it's normal, it'll arrive within 24-48 hours along with the Biometric letter. you can book appointments for all 4 together for biometric

That's IRCC mistake ,
You need to inform them and get it corrected (if not corrected ask them what to do)
Unfortunately person ABC and ABCD is not same for IRCC
Please inform them.

Today my Sister's visitor visa got rejected. Reason for rejection given that Immigration officer not satisfied that she will leave Canada at end of her stay. She is not married. We submitted the application on 17th May. She has provided all required documents ( bank statement, emp pay slips, offer letter of current job etc). Could you please let me know if we can re-apply and if yes then what additional document we can provide so that visa application will not be rejected.

There is no visa renewal process. They will have to apply for a new visitor visa just like the first time they did. Apply on new IRCC portal.
